Such passengers are considered Non-UK Nationals and must have visas processed on their behalf prior to arrival in the UAE, similar to other nationalities.
Visa Approval and Conditions: All visa applications are subject to approval by the Immigration Authorities, and visas may be refused without reasons provided. If an approved visa remains unused, new visa requests will be rejected until the previous visa is canceled through the appropriate source.
Please note that all visas issued are valid for single entry only, and we are unable to process multiple entry visas. Therefore, if a participant leaves the UAE (by air, sea, or land) with the intention of returning, a new visa application will need to be submitted.
Travel Documents & Identification Certificates: Please note that certain travel documents and identification certificates are not recognized as valid passports by UAE Immigration. Participants traveling on such documents will not be permitted to enter the United Arab Emirates, and any visas issued against such documents will be considered null and void with non-refundable visa charges.
The only exception to this rule is for Hong Kong Chinese nationals holding Identity Certificates with 44 pages, which are accepted by UAE Immigration Authorities.
Cancellation/No Show Policy: Once a visa application has been processed or issued to the UAE Immigration Department by Congress Solutions International, our cancellation/no-show policy will apply. Entry visas will be processed within 30 days or less prior to the delegate's arrival. During this time, if the delegate cancels the visa application, a full non-refundable charge for the visa will apply. Additionally, if the delegate does not arrive as planned ('no show'), the delegate will be considered a 'no show' on arrival, and a full charge for the entry visa will be applied.
Visa Application Charges - Non-Refundable: All visa charges must be paid at the time of application and are non-refundable without exception. This means that if a visa is not granted by the Immigration Authorities, the visa charges will not be refunded or adjusted.
Correction of Visa Details: Once a visa is submitted or processed, any corrections required are considered a new visa application, and additional charges will be levied accordingly.
Requirements for Processing UAE Tourist Visas: All visa applications for tourist visas with an arrival date in the UAE will now require digital photographs to be submitted, along with a colored passport copy and visa application form.
